CVS Health is committed to improving community health. Our Health in Action community grants offer financial support to nonprofit organizations nationwide that provide
- Access to health care for underserved populations
- Chronic disease management programs
- Tobacco cessation & prevention services
In 2014, we awarded $1 million in grants to tobacco cessation & prevention initiatives and will continue to support programs that are helping people to lead tobacco-free lives.
As a leader in health care, we are focused on providing much needed access to quality health care services and improving health outcomes. For more information on how to apply for a Health in Action community grant, click here for a complete list of Community Relations contacts.
Directly investing in these programs will allow us to positively impact the lives of the people we serve.
