More than one person per minute in the U.S. dies of cancer. That's why we've joined forces with Stand Up To Cancer to raise funds to accelerate innovative cancer research that helps get new therapies to patients quicker. With the support of CVS Health customers, colleagues and partners, more cancer patients can become cancer survivors. Make a donation online today – every dollar counts.
Since launching this collaboration in 2014, more than $20 million has been donated to support groundbreaking research in cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatments, including helping to fund the development of new effective treatments such as the immunotherapy CAR T therapy approved by the FDA in 2017 for treatment of a difficult to treat type of pediatric leukemia, known as refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
"Because of CVS Health's commitment to Stand Up To Cancer, we're able to make progress in increasing treatment options for patients and making advancements in the fight against cancer," said Stand Up To Cancer Co-Founder Sue Schwartz. "We are inspired by CVS Health's dedication to the health of their customers and are grateful to CVS Health and their customers for helping SU2C achieve our mission of making everyone diagnosed with cancer a survivor."
