Laly: My husband and I changed to Aetna Health Care Supplement for Medicare this year. I have chronic health issues, so I welcome any help I can get in terms of looking after my health. Then one day, I got a phone call that I identified that a nurse would be coming to visit me to check on my health.

I'm going to be 69 soon. I realize that I need all the help I can get and I had never known that there would be a visiting nurse as part of my program or my health plan.

And she sounded so nice on the phone and so helpful. And it was a very surprising visit because she was so well prepared, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the beginning.

But most of all, she carried out some tests that I had never had before, even in my doctor's office. And then she had the information right then and there. She had a camera for my eye, and she checked my circulation on my legs and all these things. She got results right then and there.

Plus, she really was thorough in finding out all my medications, my conditions, my pre-existing conditions and all this and advising me on some steps to take regarding making appointments to check my vision, making an appointment to check with the dermatologist.

And it was a very easy-going interview where I felt that somebody cared to look at all my issues with health and give me very, very good suggestions for my well-being. So I really encourage people, if you're part of the Aetna family and you get that call from Signify Health, please give it a try.
