Len Shankman

Len Shankman is executive vice president and president, Pharmacy Services, CVS Health®. In this role, Len oversees the CVS Caremark and CVS Specialty Pharmacy organizations, which provide solutions to employers, health plans and government businesses serving more than 88 million members. He also oversees the Pharmacy Trade organization, which coordinates negotiations for prescription medications across CVS Health.

Len joined CVS Health in 2002 and has held positions of increasing responsibility within the company, most recently as president, Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness. Len also held leadership positions in the finance organization as well as the company’s Specialty Pharmacy business and as General Manager for Coram, the CVS Specialty infusion business.

Prior to joining CVS Health, Len served as an officer in the United States Navy.

Len holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a master of business administration in finance and marketing from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
