Life in Mesa rarely follows a predictable schedule for Taylor Wellman, her husband and their two children. Between work and caring for her family, Taylor knows a child’s sudden illness can unravel the day, especially after the pediatrician’s office closes.

“When one of my kids gets sick, I’m trying to figure out how to get them care while also managing my work schedule,” Taylor said. “Having another option gives me peace of mind.”

That option has long been MinuteClinic. Taylor has relied on its providers since college and now turns to them for her family. Through the CVS Health® app, she can schedule appointments around work, school and other responsibilities.

“I’ve literally woken up at three in the morning and started scheduling an appointment right then and there,” she said. “I knew come nine o’clock the next morning, we could go somewhere and get the solutions that we need.”

Access became especially meaningful when Taylor and her husband sought a second opinion about their daughter’s care. MinuteClinic providers listened to their concerns and helped find a medication that worked.

“Finding out that my daughter was allergic to amoxicillin was shocking,” Taylor recalled. “They took the time to hear what we were saying. We felt seen and heard, and they found a medication that actually worked for her.”

CVS Health has become Taylor’s hub for scheduling appointments, receiving medical care, filling prescriptions and getting health reminders that help her stay ahead of her family’s needs.

“It gives me stability knowing I have somewhere to turn,” she said.

For Taylor, that reassurance means less time searching for answers and more time focused on her family, knowing trusted care is within reach.
