The new purpose statement reminds us of where we’ve been and where we’re going as America’s leading health care solutions company.
Our purpose is anchored to our brand — with heart at its center — and it sends a personal message to each of our customers and 300,000 colleagues that how we deliver our services is just as important as what we deliver.
We also are introducing our colleagues to a set of behaviors that will support our new purpose. Each CVS Health® colleague has an important role to play in shaping and transforming our culture so that as a trusted partner, we can accelerate our ability to innovate and deliver solutions that make health care more personal, convenient and affordable.
