Abby is a highly respected pharmacist known for her unwavering dedication to mentoring both her CVS Pharmacy colleagues and aspiring pharmacy students. When a store in her district required assistance, she stepped in to mentor the pharmacy manager, guiding the team to meet service goals and achieve top workflow and compliance within the district. Abby is also actively involved in the company’s internship program, supporting recruitment at pharmacy schools to help cultivate the next generation of pharmacists.
Amanda Deboef York

Amanda partnered with her colleagues to play a crucial role in the success of the Extra Big Deals promotional program at CVS Pharmacy. She helped define and execute a comprehensive strategy to revitalize front store sales – including the development of in-store collateral and meticulous planning for inventory and execution. Trevor Walker

Trevor’s exceptional leadership and dedication to service were particularly evident in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. When his home store suffered extensive damage and had to close, Trevor stepped up by taking on three temporary assignments at nearby CVS Pharmacy locations, ensuring that patients continued to receive the care they needed. After supporting nearby stores for eight months, he returned to his home store when it reopened in May, where his leadership continues to make a significant impact.

Wade has made a significant impact at CVS Health by leading a five-phase real estate project that resulted in impressive savings for the business. By effectively bringing together a diverse group of stakeholders, he navigated competing priorities and achieved common goals while fostering trust and collaboration.
