CVS Infusion Care locations provide a safe, cost-effective, and convenient setting for eligible patients. Space within CVS retail stores has been thoughtfully remodeled into comfortable, welcoming infusion suites—bringing specialty care closer to where patients live and work. Each suite is staffed by trained nurses who are dedicated to guiding patients through their treatment journey. In 2025, the suites have received a 100% patient satisfaction rating for clinical nursing support.
“Our patients are grateful to have a convenient, comfortable, and private setting to receive their infusions,” said Christine Marshall, RN, BSN, Primary Nurse Case Manager for Coram CVS Specialty Infusion. “Since most of them require lifelong treatment, these locations can provide a much-needed sense of relief both physically and emotionally.”
By providing these services in CVS retail stores, CVS Health is helping to redefine the care experience, making it easier for patients to receive the treatments they need on their own schedule – including after-hours and weekends.
Research shows that infusion suites have the lowest incidence of medication-related events for select specialty injectable and infused medications when compared to hospital outpatient departments and physician offices.
The CVS Infusion Care suites illustrate the value of CVS Health’s integrated offering. As part of its commitment to expanding access to care, CVS Health has integrated its assets in innovative ways to support the launch of the suites.
