High quality care and expanded services

MinuteClinic offers expanded services where clinicians can screen, diagnose and treat customers and provide follow-up care for chronic conditions as well as provide services for minor injuries and illnesses, immunizations and annual exams, in-store or virtually. Our MinuteClinic locations inside HealthHUB stores also offer sleep apnea assessments and phlebotomy services.

Using technology to support care

If patients are unable to visit us in a clinic, they can select a virtual E-Clinic visit with a local MinuteClinic provider for a wide variety of routine health care needs. This option is available in the 35 states and Washington, D.C., where MinuteClinic currently operates and is contracted with most health insurance plans.

For patients without health insurance, MinuteClinic Video Visits are an affordable cash pay option, with visits costing $59. Video Visits are also covered by most Aetna insurance plans. Video Visits are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and can be accessed via a mobile device or computer.

Safety is our priority

As COVID-19 continues to be a concern across our country, MinuteClinic remains a safe and convenient option for care. While you can easily make an appointment online at MinuteClinic.com, we also accept walk-in patients at many of our clinics.

We have new protocols in place to help keep our customers and our providers safe and we are asking customers to wear a mask throughout their visit. We’re also taking extra steps to clean and disinfect the kiosk and the clinic between visits, and are making sure that our providers have the appropriate PPE, including gloves, masks and protective eyewear.

Our providers

Clinics are staffed by nurse practitioners and physician assistants who follow nationally recognized clinical guidelines to diagnose and treat a range of conditions.

Wellness services

We also provide wellness services such as vaccinations and health screenings. With your permission, we’ll even share your visit summary with your primary care provider.

Care doesn’t take a day off

With approximately 1,100 clinics open seven days a week with no appointment required in most locations, MinuteClinic is health care made simple.
