Aetna Releases Aetna Story 2014: Building a Healthier World

Interactive annual report showcases Aetna's work to transform the health care system

HARTFORD, Conn. – Consumers belong at the center of a health care system that promotes wellness, provides better care for chronic conditions and uses economic incentives to reward positive health outcomes. To showcase Aetna's (NYSE: AET) work to build and support this new health care model, the company released "Building a Healthier World," a digital annual report.

The report is presented in an electronic format for the sixth consecutive year to better engage readers and preserve natural resources. The report features:

  • A video demonstrating how Aetna is collaborating with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, labs and others to build a simpler, more integrated health care system;
