Congratulations to our 2025 graduates who earned their degree through the CVS Health Tuition Assistance Program! These colleagues took on the challenge of going back to school, while also managing their work and personal lives. Their inspiring achievements show us what’s possible with the company’s financial support.

The program helps ease financial stress, giving colleagues the opportunity to grow, explore career paths and bring new knowledge back to their teams. Many of our colleagues have earned degrees in fields like business, health care and technology.

Here’s what three graduates have to say about the program

"Completing the Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at Capella University has been a transformative experience for both my personal and professional growth. The program deepened my understanding of evidence-based practice, leadership in nursing, and population health, skills that I now apply daily in my role. This experience has been so inspiring that I’ve decided to continue my academic journey and will be starting a master’s program this fall.

I’m most proud of staying committed to my goal and completing the program while working full-time. It definitely wasn’t always easy, but the support I received from my team, my leaders, my Capella advisors and the Tuition Assistance Program made a huge difference."

– Amy Pesce, Director for the Office of the Chief Nursing Officer

"The Master of Health Administration program from Capella University gave me the opportunity to dive deep into the industry, helping me to gain a broader and more in-depth perspective than I would have through work experience alone. It helped me build a strong foundation, grow more confident in my role, and has allowed me to lead by example for my team regarding personal and work development.

I’m incredibly proud of completing the program within two years while balancing the demands of my role, leading my team and managing family responsibilities as a single dad. It was a challenging journey, but one that has been deeply rewarding both personally and professionally."

– Sean Bantner, Sr. Manager, Business Analysis for Meritain Health

"I plan to use my Master of Science degree in Nursing with a specialization in Nursing Informatics from Capella University to make nursing care more patient centric. Documentation is such a major part of the nursing profession now, but it pulls us away from the people we care for.  I look forward to bridging the knowledge gap between tech and nursing so that we can do what we do best and bring outstanding care and quality to our members.

I am very proud of the capstone project I worked on regarding homebound patients and a mobile vaccine clinic. I was able to connect with people from across the enterprise and learn so much about the different ways we work together to make things happen. Through the Tuition Assistance Program, I graduated with no debt!"

– Kristyn Albright, RN Case Manager in the Commercial Clinical & Specialty Operations
