LEXINGTON, KY – Aetna (NYSE: AET) and Baptist Health Medical Group today announced that the two organizations have signed a new contract that results in an expansion of Aetna’s current Medicare Advantage network to include Baptist Health Medical Group’s physicians in the Lexington area.

Aetna offers competitive Medicare Advantage products throughout Kentucky. Starting Oct. 15, 2017, these products will now include covered health care services at in-network rates from Baptist Health Medical Group’s more than 350 providers in Fayette, Jessamine, Madison, Clark, Franklin, Bourbon, Scott, Montgomery, Harrison, Estill, Rowan and Woodford counties.
