Crystal started her journey as a Certified Nurse Technician who diligently worked her way up while putting herself through school. She is dedicated to her patients’ health and also her own. She began running marathons to support a friend who didn’t want to do it alone. While training she was hit head on by a drunk driver who left her on the side of the road. Being in the hospital really opened her eyes to what her patients go through. She believes her experience and fight for a full recovery made her better at her job. Crystal is instrumental in assisting members to collaborate with their providers of care, coordinating appointments and utilizing interpreter services to ensure members understand their treatment needs. She loves her members and treats them like family and it shows.
