Specialized support
- Innovative support models, including a comprehensive neurodiversity support program and a value-based care collaboration to treat eating disorders, help Aetna members access specialized care that meets their needs.
- The Aetna Resources for Living program delivers proactive mental well-being support, including counseling, crisis services, peer support groups and a Care Partner Model that provides a single point of contact across the full continuum of care.
High quality care
- MinuteClinic behavioral health services work:
- 76% of patients report a reduction in depression symptoms after multiple sessions.
- 73% of patients return for a second visit in the same year.
- The Oak Street Health® collaborative care model includes behavioral health specialists, medical social workers and psychiatrists. All patients are screened for depression as part of their primary care. Of those referred to treatment, half enrolled in a behavioral health program, resulting in nearly 45,000 new enrollments last year.
- All of the health plan members Signify Health® sees are screened for anxiety and depression during an In-Home Health Evaluation. When needed, they are connected to behavioral and mental health coordination services that contract with each member’s health plan.
At CVS Health, our behavioral health services work better together.
